We’ve seen a little bit of hype around the internet about P0tty Training in 3 Days by Carol Cline and there’s quite a few moms out there who are unsure if this book really can deliver the ‘secrets’ to successful toilet training in around 3 days as promised. So to get to the bottom of it, we’ve got the book and talked to a few other moms about it who have also purchased it to see whether it is worth the $37.
Firstly, potty training your toddler in just 3 days sounds amazing right? While it is totally possible and there are books that can help you do just this, unfortunately 3 Day Potty Training by Carol Cline doesn’t quite live up to the hype of the sales video.
Here’s why we think you should save your money on this potty training book…
If you’ve watched the sales video and might be on the fence about buying the book, you’ll probably know that the video does a pretty good job of making you feel like this course has all the ‘secrets’ that make potty training relatively quick and easy – though not much about the method is actually revealed. Now the book does contain some good, usable information about potty training, and you could successfully toilet train your toddler with it, but it’s nothing new and there certainly aren’t any ‘unknown’ or ‘secret’ methods revealed. That’s where this falls short for us – at $37, this course is around 2 to 4 times more expensive than other potty training books written by reputable experts in the field, but definitely doesn’t deliver more value than those.
Is it a scam?
There are some reviews online that have gone so far as to call this a scam – while we wouldn’t call it a scam, we felt that the book doesn’t deliver all that is promised in the way of an ‘unknown’ method.
Save your money
These 3 Potty Training books all offer some excellent, well structured methods to potty train a toddler in 1 to 3 days, at a fraction of the price without the hyped up sales video required to sell them.
